ONLINE VOTER REGISTER INSPECTION HAS STARTED

The Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has started the Electronic/Online Inspection of the Provisional Register of Voters from 22nd February to 8th March 2026.

All registered voters are encouraged to check their details and confirm:
✔ Correct spelling of names
✔ Polling station
✔ Other personal details

IKELENGE COUNCIL SCORES 100 PERCENT IN UTILISING CDF.

Ikelenge Town Council among the local authorities that have achieved 100 percent utilisation rate of the Constituency Development Funds that were disbursed.

This was disclosed during a press briefing at Ministry of Information, Government Complex by Local Government and Rural Development Permanent Secretary for Technical Services, Mr. Nicholas Phiri.

CDF Updates.

Dr. Muchima commissions Earth moving machines.

30/11/2025- It was a joyous day on Saturday 29th November 2025 when the Minister of Health, Dr Elijah Muchima commissioned the newly acquired earth moving machines.

The Minister who is also the Member of Parliament for Ikeleng'i Constituency also disbursed empowerment grants and loans to over 70 groups and enterprises.

Speaking during the commissioning ceremony, the minister reminded the community that gathered that the acquired machines and the disbursed grants and loans should be used for the intended purpose.

The minister commissioned a Motor Grader, a 20 ton Roller Compactor, a Water Bowser and a 3000 liters Fuel Tanker.
