I enjoyed a rather late morning ŕun today as the streets weŕe virtually empty and the air was clean. We should consider creating cities that have mòre walkways and lanes for cyçlists. There should be an efficient, safe and heaĺthy public transport system and fewer cars on our roads. That way we can reduce non-communicable diseases and preserve our precious environment.
