TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE DEVELOPEMNT OF THE RESOURCE MOBILIZATION STRATEGY

1.0 Background

With support from the European Union through People In Need (PIN) and JCTR, Treatment Advocacy and Literacy Campaign (TALC) would like to engage a facilitator to support the development of the organization resource mobilization strategy.

2.0 Objectives of undertaking

2.1. To facilitate the development of the resource mobilization strategy through a participatory approach
2.2. To ensure TALC staff are capacity built in the development of resource mobilization strategies

3.0 Expected Deliverable

• Resource Mobilization Strategy

4.0 Required Education, Skills, Experience Education

• A Masters level university degree in public policy, social work, development studies, public health or any related field.
• 4 years of relevant work public health experience with both urban and rural communities in relation HIV prevention and treatment
• Experience in developing governance documents and resource mobilization and facilitation skills

8.0 Timelines

• Three (3) working days

Let's continue to advocate for expansion of HIV prevention method mix and speed delivery of new options,access to treatment including new formulations, spread awareness, and centre communities with adequate funding to contribute towards ending HIV. Together, we can create a world free from stigma and discrimination.
