I was at carousel shopping centre and couldn't bare the noise from the generators from almost every shop. My phone sound meter showed generators sound was above recommended safe sound limit. It was sad to see people have even adapted to the sound as some were sitting right next to the screaming generators. Am certain some people have started noticing the negative effects of too much sound.
Unfortunately we expect sound induced hearing loss to be on the rise in the near future.
NB: All centres or organisations with loud sounds like bars, churches and now noisy generator users need to have a sound meter to regulate sound within healthy limit because too loud sound is a public health hazard
