For far too long, therapy as a solution to mental health matters has been stigmatized but it's about time we put an end to that stigma. Dr. Naeem Dalal will tackle the topic of psychotherapy in today's African context - touching on access, affordability, confidence and confidentiality.

Introducing Ms. Freya Zanika De Clercq who specializes in talk therapy using a psychoanalytic and systemic approach. In her practice, Freya works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, identity crisis, stress and burn-out among others.
She also provides support for those entering parenthood and psycho-education for parents in need.

Freya will joining us for an enlightening interactive session where she will answer any questions you may have on anxiety, depression, stress and burnout.
