Today the pressure free Paramedic was part of Zambias biggest marathon , this is one of the biggest events I have covered so far and the best experience ever , it’s amazing how I really don’t need confirmation from anyone to see that I am growing into a high quality Paramedic, just a brake down of the event in bits of it , it had over a thousand participants and bystander turnout was massive equally, I was privileged to be part of the primary response and being the first contact of care gives you an eye opener on how important it is to make swift but logical choices , it was an awesome experience and good learning experience as you all know learning never stops , slowly but sure Zambia will have highly skilled independent Paramedics, this task of being in the primary ambulance despite having masses of people is a reflection on how I am gaining trust from my superiors and they are witnessing how capable I am in sustaining life . It is really an honor to be tasked with so much responsibility and even more satisfying knowing the job was done perfectly, we continue moving forward with developing Zambias prehospital setting by learning from the experts that have been engaged for a long time 🙏
