Why should we supplement ? Scientists revealed that our bodies needs 60% nutrients per day for optimal health and longevity .these nutrients are suppose to be taken from our diet . POOR NUTRIENTS IS MADE WORST BY , Refining processing of food ,Storage and freezing depletes nutrients content ,the use of aluminium cookery depletes the food of valuable nutrients ,cooking methods destroys large portion of nutrients Eg potatoes have good source of vitamin C ,but when fried it ,loses about 85% of vitamins .we need to supplement .
