Vegetable Wrap::have you ever thought of making yourself a nice health wrap whilst at home check this::how to make a vegetable patty(get a mix of vegetables dice them,put them in a bowl get an egg throw into the mixed vegetables,get flour (white cake flour)mix everything whilst adding spice of your choice,when your mix is ready...best way make patties out of it..I encourage you to eat healthy..get your wrap ready,pan fry your patty till golden brown,get a mix of garden fresh vegetables,lettuce,onions,tomatoes and aubergine tomato(pan fry it aswell till golden brown),sweet chilli sauce best for a vegetable wrap spread it well on the wrap throw in vegetables and your patty add more sweet chilli sauce to make it juicy...ready for you now
