Today, I fueled my body with a delicious and balanced meal that kept me energized and focused all morning. I had a hearty whole-grain sandwich packed with lean protein and healthy fats, alongside a vibrant side salad bursting with colorful veggies like bell peppers, broccoli, radishes, and cherry tomatoes. And to top it all off, a refreshing fruit salad with apples and papaya! 🍏🥭
