No—male s***m itself does not cause women to gain weight.

■LET ME EXPLAIN
🔬 Why s***m does not cause weight gain
S***m volume is extremely small (a few milliliters) and contains negligible calories which are responsible for weight gain.

There is no hormone in s***m that can directly cause fat accumulation or weight gain in women.

Medically, no evidence links exposure to semen with increased body weight.

🤔 So why do some women notice weight gain in relationships?

Weight changes that happen after becoming sexually active or entering a relationship are usually due to other factors, such as:

Pills, injectables (e.g. Depo-Provera), implants, or hormonal IUDs can increase appetite or cause fluid retention which causes weight gain.

21. “And I will deliver you out of the hands of the wicked, and I will redeem you out of the palms of the terrible and ruthless tyrants.”

INTRODUCTION

Life brings battles, opposition, and seasons of pressure. Jeremiah the prophet faced rejection, hostility, and deep discouragement. Yet in his lowest moment, God gave him a powerful promise:
“I will make you a fortified bronze wall…
They will fight against you,
but they will not prevail…
for I am with you to save you and deliver you.”

This message is not only for Jeremiah — it is for every believer who is called, attacked, misunderstood, or walking through trials.

Today God says: “You will not break — you will stand.

1. GOD MAKES YOU STRONGER THAN THE OPPOSITION

I will make you to this people a fortified bronze wall.
Bronze Wall = Unbreakable Strength
Bronze is strong, durable, and resistant to fire.
A wall represents protection, stability, and immovability.

God does not promise that the attacks will stop — He promises that you will not be shaken.

When God fortifies you:
What used to break you no longer breaks you.
What used to intimidate you now bows before you.
What used to discourage you now strengthens you.
God’s first miracle is not changing the environment,it is changing YOU.

2. THE ENEMY WILL FIGHT — BUT THE ENEMY WILL NOT WIN
they will fight against you, but they shall not prevail over you…”

God never said:
They will not hate you.
They will not attack you.
They will not oppose you.

He said: They shall NOT prevail🔥🔟
This means:
The weapon may be formed — but it will not prosper.
The storm may rise — but it will not sink you.
The enemy may press — but he cannot defeat you.
Opposition is a sign of your assignment.
Resistance is proof of your calling.
Pressure is confirmation of your destiny.

3. YOUR VICTORY IS IN GOD’S PRESENCE
for I am with you to save you and deliver you, says the Lord.”
Strength does not save you…
God does!

Strategy does not deliver you…
God does.

Intelligence does not rescue you…
God does.

The difference between defeat and victory is not your ability — it is God’s presence.

When God is with you:
No trap can destroy you.
No enemy can overtake you.
No circumstance can silence you.
No storm can drown you.

4. GOD WILL RESCUE YOU FROM EVERY EVIL HAND
“I will deliver you out of the hands of the wicked… redeem you from the terrible tyrants.”

This is not a suggestion,it is a divine guarantee.

God promises:
Deliverance from wicked people
Rescue from every evil assignment
Protection from spiritual and physical danger

Redemption from every trap, bo***ge, or attack
The same God who called you is the God who will keep you.
The same God who raised you is the God who will protect you.

CONCLUSION
God’s message to Jeremiah is God’s message to you today:

You are fortified.
You are protected.
You are preserved.
You are delivered.
You are unstoppable by the enemy
Yes, they will fight you.
But no, they will not defeat you.

WHAT ARE THE COMPLICATIONS OF LONG TERM SMOKING?

The smoke inhaled when smoking has over 7000 toxic chemicals 💀.

Yeah you read that right, Over 7000 and these are..

1. NI****NE
Ni****ne is an addictive substance and it causes dependence that's why smoking ci******es or sh**ha is hard to stop but more importantly it causes increased Blood pressure(BP) and causes poor circulation to the heart by vasoconstricting the vessels putting you at Risk of heart Disease.

ZAMBIA MEDICINES REGULATORY AUTHORITY APPROVES A NEW HIV DRUG📌.

What does this Mean for our Community?
Allow me to Weigh in On this Subject.

■A BRIEF HISTORY🦠
World Health Organization (WHO) announced on 14 July 2025 that Lenacapavir a drug used in the prevention of Contracting HIV 1 should be used as a twice-yearly injectable pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) option.

World Health Organisation recommended Lenacapavir for HIV prevention worldwide.

In the Recent Weeks Zambia has Approved the use of this medication for its citizens.
Let's Learn about this Drug.

HOW DOES LENACAPAVIR WORK AND HOW DO WE GIVE IT.
■In simple terms Lenacapavir prevents the multiplication of the HIV virus in the body and also prevents the virus from entering the Nucleus of our cells therefore prevents the virus from infecting our Cells. Therefore it is given for prevention In Exposure as Prophylaxis(PrEP).

■Lenacapavir is given as an injection under the skin as a Subcutaneous Injection for 6 months duration after which you have to get another injection.

DOES THIS DRUG HAVE SIDE EFFECTS?🤔

YES like any other drug it does these include..
💉 1. Injection Site Reactions (most common)
These are the most frequent side effects since Lenacapavir is given under the skin.
Pain or tenderness,Swelling or hardness (induration),Redness,Itching,A small lump or nodule (can last days to weeks)

These reactions are usually mild to moderate and go away on their own.

2. General (Systemic) Side Effects include Headache, Nausea,Fatigue or weakness, Diarrhea and Decreased appetite.
Every drug has side effects but if the benefits outweigh the Effects then its a Good drug like in a case of Lenacapavir.

CAN LENACAPAVIR CURE HIV FOR THOSE ALEADY INFECTED?

❌ A BIG NO!
Lenacapavir does not cure HIV.
Like other antiretroviral drugs, Lenacapavir controls HIV by preventing the virus from multiplying, but it does not eliminate the virus that hides in latent (dormant) cells.
Once treatment stops, the virus can begin replicating again.

Lenacapavir suppresses HIV — it does not eradicate it.

CAN IT BE TAKEN BY THOSE ALREADY INFECTED AND STOP THEIR TRADITIONAL HIV MEDICATIONS?

Lenacapavir can be taken by already infected people with Multidrug-resistant HIV-1 infection and have failed other standard antiretroviral regimens only.

In such patients, Lenacapavir is given in combination with other ARVs, not alone.

Lenacapavir alone should not be used for people already infected — it would quickly lead to resistance.

So people who are already infected should not stop their ARVs to start taking Lenacapavir.
