This Non-Profit and Non-Governmental organization is made up of youths from different fields of study such as Economics, Medicine, Education, Engineering among others. One of the major objectives of its establishment is to help the young people make informed career and life decisions. It is noted with great sadness that many of the pupils in schools have no idea of what they wish to become or they hardly know what is involved in each profession and so ours is to provide the insights that these people require. Further, this organization has youth empowerment as one of its strategic objectives and in this regard, the organization shall embark on public campaigns and participate in program that are against negative vices such as Drug abuse, Early marriage, lack of financial education and lack of basic needs. We shall endeavor to collaborate and corporate with any organization that seeks to change the mindset of the youths to make a difference. Zambia as a country lacks an organization that tries to guide the career paths of many pupils and hence they lack focus for the future because it is filled with uncertainties. We shall endeavor to travel across the country, in all schools if possible to help the young understand different careers and inspire them to aspire to be better individuals before they expire. We believe in working together for the common good and so we shall do our level best to welcome any ideas that can help our organization do better.
