ERZ is staffed by Emergency Medicine Specialists, Advanced Life Support (ALS) Paramedics and Medics. ERZ offers PreHospital Risk Assessment and Emergency Medical Assistance, basic and ICU road ambulance response and transfers. ERZ offers air ambulance services within Zambia and to South Africa on a case by case quotation basis. Our 24 hour call centre "8800" is available on all networks and manned by experienced and competent call centre operators to respond to any medical emergency and provide you with assistance.
