The Graduation Ceremony for Certificates in Psychosocial Counseling and HIV Rapid Test will be done on the following details;

All Graduands must attend without fail. Failure to attend will attract a penalty fee.

of Graduation Fee is . All payments of Graduation Fee should be deposited to the Institute and receipts collected which will be presented as proof of payment when collecting graduation gowns during rehearsals two days before the actual day.

Graduands are allowed to invite 2 guests to attend the Graduation Ceremony.

1. Mobilize and facilitate the student enrollment process
2. Sale of student enrollment forms and keep records
3. Follow up on those showing interest in studying with our institution
3. Identify and train volunteers or partners work in collaboration with local leaders
5. Facilitate the registration in the guide of the regional co-ordination
6. Perform other duties as required

• Grade Twelve (12) School certificate
• Diploma in community development, social sciences, psychosocial counselling or marketing


• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Report writing skills
• Good proficiency in oral and written English as well as interpersonal skills
• Highly dependable and reliable
• Community facilitation skills
• Trustworthy and Honest

Interested candidates meeting the above stated qualifications and attributes are required to submit their applications with the following documents; Curriculum Vitae with Three (3) traceable References, Academics and Professional Qualifications, to the address below not later than 30th April 2021.

An attractive commission based package will be offered to successful applicants who will be appointed on contract for an initial period of one (1) Year subject to renewal depending on performance.
