Coopperbelt Permanent Secretary Mr Lawrence Mwanza reaffirmed government's commitment in ensuring that eye care was given priority in healthcare syste. He said this in a speech read on his behalf by the copperbelt deputy Permanent Secretary Mr. Daniel Kamenga.

MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS
We're happy that The Vice President Mutale Nalumango has reaffirmed government's commitment to making mental health a national priority! Speaking through Minister of Water Development and Sanitation, Collins Nzovu, at the 7th National Mental Health Conference, she emphasized government's advancing policies and programmes to promote access to care, reduce stigma, and ensure mental health services are available to all citizens.

We're proud to share that 3 of our dedicated officers - a social worker, doctor, and mental health nurse - recently attended this crucial mental health conference!

This event was a great opportunity for them to learn about the latest developments in mental health care, share best practices, and network with other professionals in the field.

We're committed to prioritizing mental health and providing top-notch support to our children, families and community. We're looking forward to seeing the positive impact our team will make!

The children were thrilled to have our women and men in uniform from the Zambia Prisons Service that came through to clean up Zambezi ward here at Arthur Davison Children's Hospital.
Lead by Woman Superintendent Chita, the Kansenshi Correctional facility came through to the hospital to commemorate the Prisons Day with us. We are so grateful 🙏.

Happy weekend everyone! We would like to express our gratitude to Zambezi Diamonds and all the supporters at the fundraising golf tournament that was held for Arthur Davison Children’s Hospital! We are excited that our mother's and fathers shelter will get a face-lift..
