ADCH CONDUCTS A MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DOCUMENT REVIEW
Arthur Davison Children’s Hospital (ADCH) Laboratory is currently conducting a Management System Document Review at Nsanika Lodge from 18 to 27th February 2026.
This important activity is being supported by Hospital Management and the Zambia Integrated Health (ZIH). The meeting was officially opened on 19th February 2026 by the Senior Medical Superintendent, Dr. Bwendo Nduna, who emphasized the importance of maintaining up to date documents within the Quality Management System.
The review focuses on Laboratory management system documents that are scheduled to expire in June 2026, in accordance with the established two year document retention and review period. This process ensures that all policies, procedures, and related documents remain current, accurate, and aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.

ADCH remains committed to continuous improvement and the delivery of high quality Laboratory services to the public.

ADCH Receives ZMA Courtesy Visit

Today, the Zambia Medical Association (ZMA) Executive Committee paid a courtesy call to Arthur Davison Children's Hospital to introduce the upcoming National Doctors’ Day commemorations on 14 March 2026. The delegation, led by ZMA President Dr. Masiku Phiri and Secretary General Dr. Innocent Ngwira, was warmly received by hospital management led by Senior Medical Superintendent Dr. Bwendo Nduna Chansa.

The hospital leadership thanked ZMA for its advocacy in human resources for health and specialist medical practice, and pledged support for the National Doctors’ Day festivities.

We look forward to continued collaboration for enhanced pediatric healthcare services!

COPPERBELT PROVINCIAL MINISTER VISITS ADCH
Today, Copperbelt Provincial Minister, Honourable Elisha Matambo MP, visited Arthur Davison Children's Hospital.

Accompanied by the District Commissioner, Provincial Health Director, and other delegates, he gained insight into the institution's challenges and achievements.

We're grateful for his support and look forward to continued collaboration to continued enhancement of quality child healthcare.
