This is the powder concoction for your DIY Sgubu/Guchu.
1. Boil 2L of clean water.
2. Add all the powder.
3. Mix while boiling for 1 minute.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Leave overnight.
6. In the morning, pour liquid through a strainer, or clean cloth, into a 500ml bottle.
7. Store the remainder in a fridge.
8. Drink the 500ml bit-by-bit throughout the day until it's finished.
Repeat every day until all the liquid is finished.

It is recommended that adults refresh their body systems every 3-6 months.
