We are thrilled to introduce Linda Susan Munkuli.
Linda Susan Mukuli is a distinguished academic and PhD researcher in African Languages and Cultural Heritage, currently serving as a language and communication Lecturer at Lupane State University in the Department of Languages, Media, and Communication Studies. With a Master of Arts in African Languages and Culture from Midlands State University and a BA Honours from the University of Zimbabwe, Linda is a dedicated advocate for the preservation of African identity and linguistic sovereignty. Her research sits at the vital intersection of cultural studies, language and communication and indigenous knowledge systems (IKS). Beyond her core focus, she possesses specialized expertise in onomastics and translation studies, exploring how language acts as a living archive of history and heritage. Through her scholarly contributions, Linda is committed to elevating indigenous wisdom and ensuring that African traditions remain central to the global cultural narrative, bridging the gap between traditional heritage and modern academic excellence.
