Wear cotton garments..
Wear open shoes(if your job allows it)
Stay indoors..
Wear sunhats and sunscreen outdoors and avoid excessive sun exposure.
And for ladies, hairstyles that have good aeration are a must.. For men one trouser/short and an undergarment is enough
Drink lots of water (clean water)
Eat freshly prepared clean food
Lastly, let's remember to take a shower to avoid inconveniencing others and yourself ๐Ÿ™
