Maintaining healthy boundaries is essential for protecting our mental health and well-being and is particularly important for those recovering from drug and alcohol addiction.

How to Set Healthy Boundaries:
1. Identify your limits
2. Communicate clearly, assertively and respectfully.
3. Set consequences (e.g., "If you continue to call me after 10 PM, I'll ignore your calls.")
4. Practice self-care activities that promote your emotional well-being.
