Our organization is seeking for a Sales & Marketing Communications officer who will be responsible for driving the communication and branding strategy across each of our portfolios. In this critical position, you will plan, develop, and implement messaging/ex*****on for promotion of product awareness, business plans, and management communications. The primary focus of this position will be to oversee strategic and tactical planning, development, implementation, and measurement of all Marketing programs & efforts; a predominant effort in this role will be to ensure that all communications align with sales and business objectives.
The Sales & Marketing Communications officer will partner with marketing management at all levels within the organization and will work cross-functionally to ensure market messaging flows through to the sales force to generate a unified messaging strategy. Close collaboration with other talented individuals in our service teams will be essential.

Responsibilities
Understand Surgical and pharmaceutical business priorities, analyze needs, and develop branding and communication strategies across all portfolios for internal and external audiences. Design comprehensive multi-channel communications plans for each of our product portfolios in support of developing clear and effective communications across each of our customer bases. Lead alignment of branding/communication strategies across portfolios.
Work closely with portfolio leaders to support product launch planning and ex*****on of marketing plans Create positioning and messaging, develop written and video content, procure supportive visuals, and provide overall creative direction for Marketing initiatives. Manage external relationships of agencies to ensure high quality collateral materials that is aligned with company marketing strategy. Develop marketing communications and branding skills of our marketing team Work with global marketing teams to ensure alignment with overarching marketing and branding strategy.
Assist in creation of global "launch in a box" materials to accelerate global market lauches. Ensure brand and legal compliance for all materials that are developed. Strive for excellence in all efforts; boldly incorporate new and innovative concepts and design principles to maximize impact.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders; share candid feedback and challenge with compassion to ensure all partners, ideas, and initiatives are best in class. Seek a strong ROI and utilize feedback channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications or a related discipline is required Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing communications, marketing, or a related field; medical device experience required.
Experience in managing ad agencies (developing creative briefs) from strategy through project design/management and ex*****on. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Some Travel required (up to 25%), but will follow all CDC guidelines High degree of technical ability and able to understand and interpret market info
