Please note we have closed the Office completely. Jan is not at work and we require that all correspondence is sent to El directly on her email.

We hope that you are all aware of the significant impact that the spread of Coronavirus can have on the general health and economy of this country! Maybe you think that you will be fine because you are young or healthy, but you can infect someone else who doesn't have the same level of immune health as yourself.

Be a responsible member of the public and citizen of this country. Stay at home.
If you need groceries, try go early in the morning when there are limited numbers of people around!

Below are some tips, to help prevent infection, because prevention is better than cure:

- Stay at home
- Wash your hands (I'm sure by now you know when)
- Drink plenty of water
- Gargle with salt water
- Sit in the sun for 10 minutes at a time a few times a day
- Limited interaction with staff (let them isolate too)
- Get a balanced diet - lots of fruit and Veg
- Supplement with Zinc if you have some
- Don't panic

Hi everyone, in light of Covid-19... please be responsible!

While you may think you are in the low risk category, someone you love or someone's loved one may not be... We are all morally obligated to maintain social distancing or even social separation if possible... If you feel unwell, isolate yourself!

We should all be supplementing ourselves with vitamins and superfoods to give our immune system the best chance! Stay healthy everyone

Hello all,

In light of the current global pandemic, please note we will be closing our offices to the general public until the risk of contraction is neutralized.

I'm sure you will all agree that these are essential measures for us given our close contact with immuno-compromised clients, whose health is a priority.

Please note we are continuing to work and any queries are welcome via phone or email. If you need to drop off any documentation in the next two days, please ensure that it is in an envelope and that safe handling practices are conducted (i.e. wash your hands before handling, do not cough into your hands etc.). We would like to limit all contact from Monday. If you are unwell, please avoid social contact. Stay at home and rest up

We will be posting some more information throughout the coming days and weeks on precautions you should be taking.
