Dr Miriam is an internationally acclaimed leadership expert, counsellor, and author, renowned for her transformative impact on individuals and organisations. As the Founder & Director of Trusted Solutions Counselling, she leverages her expertise as an ICMF-certified trainer, Educational Psychologist (PhD), Registered Professional Counsellor, and HR/Industrial & Labour Relations Consultant.

With a passion for empowerment, Dr. Miriam has strengthened leadership structures in over 30 schools and institutions, built resilient teams, and delivered high-impact training programs in multiple cities across Zimbabwe. Her recent recognition as the sole Zimbabwean delegate at the Women in Leadership training by UONGOZI in Dar es Salaam underscores her influence, now extending to communities and audiences across four continents through online counselling sessions and mental health awareness initiatives.

Dedicated to nurturing the next generation, Dr. Miriam goes into schools, organising workshops and bootcamps that tackle pressing issues like drug abuse, s*x education, bullying, and peer pressure.
