Human Resources support to the field team:
• Offer support on all field related HR deliverables.
• Support in ensuring all HR related documentation to and from HR is forwarded to and received by relevant personnel or stakeholders on time.
• Collate identified field level staff welfare and HR issues and share with HR.
• Submit periodic reports on all matters related to HR.
• Ensure time sheets are completed and submitted on time to Country Office HR each month.
• Verify the timesheets and reports from field ensuring completeness and correctness.
• Following up on leave requests forms for submission to HR.
• Make constant contact with the Program team leads ensuring that leave forms and any documentation justifying staff absence is in place,
Administrative Support to the Programs at the District level
• Look for quotation and venues for training sessions.
• Raise and update assert registers at district level.

• Assist in distribution of materials.
• Support the generation and follow up of vehicle request and the vehicle log books.
• Manage fleet and scheduling of vehicle service and repairs.

The Urban Social Assistance Program is seeking applications and expressions of interest from qualified candidates for the position of Enumerators. The assignment is expected to commence immediately. Details of the assignment and information for applicants are outlined below
Background
Mercy Corps Zimbabwe (MCZ) is implementing the Urban Resilience & Social Assistance program through cash transfers to the most food-insecure households in Mutare and Rusape urban. Cash transfers are supporting the well-being of vulnerable households in each domain to help households mitigate the short and long term effects of shocks and stresses. Mercy Corps is reaching 18,139 people in Mutare and Rusape domains through cash transfers in a project funded by FCDO and ECHO in partnership with WFP. Mercy Corps is also rolling out an Urban Resilience program in Mutare urban with support from SDC & WFP from 1st March to 31 December 2021. MCZ is responsible for field level program implementation in Mutare and Rusape while WFP provides the resources and support necessary for program implementation. MCZ requires the services of enumerators to support various MEL and program implementation activities.
Duties And Responsibilities
The enumerator will support MEL activities through conducting/participating in baseline/midterm/end line surveys, post distribution monitoring PDMs, markets monitoring, verification data cleaning and in some instances assisting distribution of SCOPE cards and manning helpdesks at retailers. Collecting data through household interviews. He/She will report to the M&E Specialist and be responsible for the ex*****on of the following tasks:
● Participate in the enumerators training and tool pre-testing
● Participate in training of and upholding humanitarian principles & MC Responsible data use and retention policies
● Follow survey instructions from MEL team, including data quality and sampling protocols
● Carry out a set minimum of household interviews per day, face to face or virtual
● Submit a daily summary report of households interviewed

Position Summary
The SIE Assistant supports a cluster of facilities in a district as way of ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness in reporting across all facility reporting systems. The Cluster SIE Assistant reports directly to the District SIE Officer.

• Periodically retrieve a variety of reports from the system as required by the Sister in charge (reports include data check report, activity report, viral load due list, TB screening, LTFU list etc)
• Analyse relevant and any other appropriate data to identify facility strengths and gaps in the program and report accordingly.
• Produce periodic graphs and share with facility staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of High Frequency Reports (HFR) and Monthly Return Forms.

• Work with DHIO and SIE Officer to build the capacity of facility and HRH staff in SIE related skills.

The FHI360 Primary Care Counsellor and Tester will seconded to the MOHCC health facilities to support the provision of quality HIV testing and counselling services. The cadre will work closely with the health facility leadership and the FHI360 District HIV Care and Treatment Coordinator. The cadre will also support the project’s community-based HIV services including community testing, defaulter tracking and community DSD models. The cadre will report to the District HIV Care and Treatment Coordinator and will work very closely with the facility staff.

Program Summary
The Zimbabwe HIV Care and Treatment (ZHCT) mechanism project increases the availability and quality of care and treatment services for people living with HIV (PLHIV) by complimenting the Ministry of Health and Child Care’s (MOHCC) efforts towards HIV epidemic control in Zimbabwe. The project provides technical assistance to the management, coordination and provision of comprehensive HIV clinical care and treatment services within the national HIV program. The technical assistance spans across all MOHCC and PERFAR HIV priority technical areas.
Position Summary
The OI/ART Direct Service Delivery (DSD) Nurse is a registered nurse seconded to MOHCC OI/ART departments within high volume health care facilities. The OI/ART DSD nurse will be assigned to work at a heath facility under the guidance of the District HIV Care and Treatment Coordinator.
Candidates currently residing or working in the advertised location are most preferred.

Key Responsibilities
The OI/ART DSD nurse will provide Provider Initiated Testing Counselling (PITC) services and initiate HIV positive clients on Anti-Retroviral Therapy (ART). The OI/ART DSD nurse will provide quality health care, treatment monitoring and enhanced adherence counselling to clients as per protocol.
• Work with facility-based lay cadres, out-reach workers and village health workers to mobilise clients within facility and community for HIV counselling and testing.
• Provide pre and post – HIV confidential counselling and testing.
• Perform rapid HIV testing on all clients (adults, adolescents and children) that have consented to testing/re-testing and interpret the results to the clients.
• Perform viral load DBS sample collection on infants and counsel caregivers.
• Counsel HIV-positive clients and link them to ART initiation.
• Counsel HIV-negative clients and link them to prevention counselling and support.
• Screen all HIV positive clients for TB and STIs and make appropriate referrals.
• Ensure the number of patients who are transitioned to currently recommended ART regimens, considering stock availability. This includes using preferred ART regimens at initiation of treatment and switching patients currently on ART to optimal regimens.
• Ensure that all adults and children over 20kg on first line regimens are on integrase-inhibitor regimens (such as Abacavir-Lamivudine-Dolutegravir or Tenofovir-Lamivudine-Dolutegravir) and that children
