The World Health Organization (WHO) declared Omicron to be a Covid-19 variant of concern. It has been detected in several other countries including Botswana, South Africa, U. S, Canada, Nigeria United Kingdom, Netherlands and Germany.
Let us all continue to mask up, sanitize and keep social distance in order to prevent the spread of this new Covid-19 strain and end the pandemic.
