YOGA with Peeps

YOGA with Peeps Trained in India in 2013 with Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre. I am qualified to teach Traditional Ashtanga, Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Chanting and Pranayama.

Join me in my Studio set in Chisipite, Harare for the following classes -

Mon 8.30am (Seniors) 4pm Barre Yoga
Tue 8am (Yoga)
Thu 8am (Yoga) 3.15pm (Seniors)
4.30pm (Yoga)
Fri 8am

Barre Yoga is a fun filled practice using the ballet bar to add a little more stretch and flexibility! Each Yoga class begins with Opening Savasanna, Pranayama, an hour of poses and ends of with Closing Savasanna and chanting. Each session is $10.
