Andile is an Ambulance Technician and Training Instructor with ACE Air & Ambulance Victoria Falls, Andile is passionate about saving lives - and teaching others how to do the same.

Having trained as an Ambulance Technician in 2019 and joined ACE in 2023, Andile quickly discovered a new calling: empowering our corporate clients in the Victoria Falls and Hwange Safari areas with vital first aid and emergency response skills.

As the year draws to a close, we are proud to commence our annual internal training classes for ACE paramedics.
Our team is undertaking a comprehensive refresher course that reinforces both Basic and Advanced Life Support skills and techniques. This program also incorporates invaluable lessons learned from real-world experiences encountered throughout the year.

Such rigorous training is vital to maintaining our preparedness and ensuring we deliver swift, reliable, and life-saving care when it matters most.

The ACE paramedics were called to an incident where an adult female had taken an unknown substance which altered her mental state, causing her to stab members of her family.

The scene was described as brutal and traumatic by the experienced medics.

Most of the family members were saved by vigorous efforts of bleeding control and resuscitation.
