🌟 We’re Hiring: Medical Clinic Receptionist 🌟
Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about helping people?
Our medical clinic Prospect Medical Centre is looking for a Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our practice.
What you’ll do:
🔴Greet and assist patients in a professional, caring manner
🔴Manage phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries
🔴Schedule and confirm appointments
🔴Process patient information and maintain accurate records
🔴Support doctors, nurses, and other staff with administrative tasks
🔴Billing and medical aid claims submission
What we’re looking for:
✅Excellent communication and people skills
✅Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
✅Basic computer/IT skills Microsoft word, excel, emails is a must (Knowledge & experience of using Newhealth 263 is a plus)
✅Previous reception, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred but not essential
✅A positive, team-oriented attitude

📍 Location: 335B Masotsha Ndlovu Way, Prospect, Waterfalls
🕒 Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 6:30pm
1 in 3 Sundays
