With the outreach programmes of zhaauct one of the establishments managed to hook and grab the attention of fellow 56-year-old gentlemen who was in aggregation of un ethical working conditions as a gardener and caretaker in Borrowdale Harare. Mr Nathan( ###x) having migrated from Mt Darwin in 2010, in search of well renowned jobs in the capital, as to take care of seven youths and wife back home. Came to his dismay, as per agreement his $5 daily wage came to a standstill as the employer undermined him for unknown reasons and met up with unreasonable working time tables and curfews. Furthermore, he had been caring out other duties not inline to his bond as a gardener, as a caretaker for a sick individual, with which also an agreed upon wage, which he also suffered and did not acquire. With correspondence to a number of domestic rights organizations he has so far not managed to retain any support to gain his lost wages during his working period in Borrowdale. Due to high accustomed funds required by these support organizations.
