There's no experience necessary. Just come as you are.

What to bring?
Yoga mat and/or cushions (You will want to be comfortable laying for an hour, make yourself at home )
Blanket
Pillow
Dress in layers

Crystals or other treasures

*We have some eye coverings for your use

Please arrive by 6:45pm to settle in, pull some Oracle cards and get comfy! We will start the meditation at 7:00 pm so please arrive prior to get your little nest ready for your journey.
