A community feels more alive when people who live there love it enough to help improve it year round, the volunteers from Volunteer Abbotsford do just that.

At last weeks Abbotsford Canucks game, the amazing hosts around Abbotsford Centre from Volunteer Abbotsford were pleased to present cheques to Archway Food Bank of Abbotsford as well as Canuck Place Children's Hospice - Dave Lede House, both in the amount of $15,000.

Next time you are at an event at Abbotsford Centre, please give a big thank you to each of the hosts in your section who so willingly give of their time to raise money for such great causes! Without them, we wouldn't be able to do what we do!
