Had so much fun last night at White Collar Boxing Company event for the Airdrie Oilmen's Association. We were a Gold sponsor and gave massages to the fighters pre game and post game! We even got to sit with a 2xChamp! Congratulations to all the fighters!

Let Kindness Grow!

This year's initiative for Pink Shirt day is all about cultivating a community of kindness and just like tending to a garden we have the opportunity to bring this to our community, together we can help each other while we nurture a sense of belonging where we live, play and go to school and work.

This begins with small gestures, a kind word and offering of understanding, smile when you wall past someone in the hall.

When we sprinkle the seeds of compassion and empathy we work towards without bullying and "Let the Kindness Grow" throughout our entire community garden quite like water we are closer to lessening the statistics of 1 on 5 kids being affected by bullying.

Pink shirt day is an International campaign with 110 countries taking part in 2024, how Rad is that?!

Exciting new announcement from our booking system Jane!

There is an app for Android and IPhone that you can download on your device (links below).

It's simple, first download the app then, you require to create a new account (you can use the same email address that you currently book with) and click on "add clinic" type in At Dawn Wellness in the search option and click add, then when you click on the clinic you can see which team member and treatment you want to book and then you are all set to go!
