We would like to welcome our new Registered Massage Therapist Robert. He will begin by working Mondays from 8:00am to 2:00pm, Thursdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm and every 2nd Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. He can be booked online, you can message me or call. Looking forward to offering his expertise.

Rob graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and is passionate about helping people improve their physical and emotional well-being. Rob’s approach to massage therapy is holistic, focusing on treating the root cause of his client’s pain and discomfort, rather than just the symptoms. He is trained in a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. He has experience working with acute and chronic conditions as well as general tightness in the body and more.

Registered Massage Therapist
Alicia completed her Bachelor of Science degree from Simon Fraser University with a major in biomedical physiology in 2021. She then graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in April 2023.
Alicia was a competitive dancer growing up and enjoys working at sporting events. Alicia’s massage treatments are specific for each patient’s needs. She has experience working with a variety of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, systemic conditions, and neurological disorders.
Alicia also offers pre and post-natal treatments. In her spare time she enjoys wake surfing, snowboarding and spending time with her dogs.

Did you know that acupuncture can be highly effective in helping to induce labour?

There are certain points on the body which have very strong effect in helping to prime a woman’s body for childbirth and for helping induce labour itself. These points are found on the hands, feet, ankles and can help a woman deliver on time with greater ease. There are even points that can help turn a breech baby! The best time to start is a couple of weeks before you’re due, but even if you’re down to the wire, we can often help!
