Our top 5 tips for a successful 2025 *in the gym*
1. Mind your nutrition - you can’t outwork a bad diet.
2. Get properly equipped - find coaches who will provide effective programming but also target your weakness to prevent injury. Credentials matter. So does having a plan.
3. 2 words… water & protein - half your body weight in oz minimum. Protein is NECESSARY for progress. It keeps you satiated and promote muscle repair/growth.
4. Move everyday - rest days still require movement! Walking, biking, stretching, mobility, sports… keep moving
5. Injuries happen but work with your team to move forward - we focus on you and your priorities. We LIKE working with professionals. What your therapist says, goes.
Bonus: PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION. Always.
