Join us for chair yoga in the spring! 🌷🪻🌼 This gentle 4 week session is meant to help connect you with your body and build functional strength

We’ll explore 60 minutes of movement, meditation and stretching both seated and standing. Ideal for those who want to practice yoga but can’t easily get up and down from the ground

Appropriate for all levels, no experience required to join
