Stolen dog alert... from Kelowna but was likely taken out of town. Man grabbed dog from owner and jumped into a car with obscured licence plates. Please share widely. Anyone in the Kelowna mission, please check your cameras to see if you captured the car or thief. We need to find this dog and this garbage person needs to be charged and stopped.
