Learn how to insert, remove and care for your contacts!

How to insert a contact lens:
🧼 Wash your hands with soap before handling your lenses
🔍Inspect your lenses for any rips, debris or if they’re inside-out
👁️🤏Gently pull your eyelid open with one hand and use the other to insert the lens
😮‍💨 Take a breath and blink a few times to ensure the lens is properly centered

How to remove a contact lens:
🧼Wash your hands
️🤏Gently pull down your lower eyelid and pinch the lens with your thumb and index finger
💦Clean and store lenses in your case with fresh solution (never reuse old solution)

In case of emergency:
🩺 Seek help from your eye doctor if you experience any discomfort, redness or problems inserting/removing your contact

Both can affect the comfort and fit of your contacts.

The ideal contact lens will depend on whether you need to correct for distance, close-up or have an astigmatism.

As people age, they can develop presbyopia (difficulty focusing on close objects). Your doctor might prescribe multifocal contacts.

📋 Eye Health & Conditions
