2025 Bedford Price Update.

For 2023 / 2024 prices remained the same however I will be making an adjustment for 2025.

Osteopathy and Arthritis Pain!

Just because we are aging doesn't mean we have to decline in how we feel and move.

Arthritis can be managed like other conditions.

How can Osteopathy help?

Together we introduce a daily plan to decrease your pain and improve function. Setting goals over time and in some case, achieving full days of pain relief.

This is attained with a mixture of my appointments initially followed up with easy to follow exercises. I typically limit these to as little as possible. By only having a select few, you are more likely to be consistent over time.
