Here's how you can join a waitlist and never miss an opportunity:

When a spot opens up, the clinic can send you a notification based on your selections.

All my evening appts are booked until January. Limited 4 or 4:15 pm appts are available and they are limited to 45 minutes. If you don't see anything that fits your schedule, put yourself on the waitlist. When a spot opens up, everyone one the list that matches the availability will be emailed. The email will prompt you to check the schedule and book. The first one to book gets the spot. I don't have a receptionist, so this is the easiest way to manage my time and schedule.

Fact: Most people get busy, overworked and overwhelmed this time of year. They put off booking their appointment and then are disappointed when they find out they have to wait weeks or worse, there are no spots left until January. 😢
