You are invited to a last minute Spring Equinox breath work, sound healing, and raw cacao ceremony.
To release the stagnant winter blues, the old energies that no longer serve.
Recharge and re-energize our true power and renew our commitment to our sacred mission here and now.
Blessing the seed of our being, and moving forward into spring, the growing season of our embodied soul.
You will be invited to breath and take space, to release and heal, to chant, scream, tone and laugh.
To move inward and express outward.
To come as you are, and leave refreshed and whole.
I apologize for this last minute event, I have been swamped in challenges, and this Equinox snuck up on me by surprise.
Because it is a last minute event, I don't expect many people to come. But I wanted to invite you all the same.
