When atmospheric pressure drops, it can lead to an imbalance in the pressure within our sinus cavities, potentially triggering migraines in those prone to them. This can also cause joint pain, fatigue, or even mood fluctuations for some individuals.
Did you know that regular massage therapy can help reduce tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation, which may help with migraine symptoms and other physical effects of atmospheric changes? Staying well-hydrated, practicing deep breathing exercises, and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule can also make a world of difference.
