We have a new event coming your way!

Introduction to Plant-Based Nutrition and Potluck
Friday, April 4th 6:00-7:30pm

Join us for a fun and informative workshop where we'll dive into the basics of plant-based nutrition and explore how plant-based choices can benefit your health, the environment, and animal welfare. Whether you're curious about switching to a plant-based diet, looking for practical tips, or simply interested in learning more, this workshop will cover essential topics such as:

~The benefits of a plant-based diet for overall health and well-being
~Key nutrients to focus on for balanced nutrition
~How to make plant-based meals delicious, simple, and affordable
~Easy tips for transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle

After the discussion, we’ll gather for a potluck meal where everyone is encouraged to bring their favorite plant-based dish. This is a wonderful opportunity to sample new recipes, share ideas, and connect with others in a supportive and inclusive community.

Whether you've been a long-time plant-based eater or are just beginning your journey, we welcome you to this fun and interactive event!

What to bring:

Ground Yourself Yin and Reiki
February 21st, 2025 7:30-8:45pm

Join Janet and Robyn for a 75-minute Yin and Reiki experience. Robyn will guide you through gentle movement while creating space for you to leave your thoughts behind. From there, your mind and body will ease into gentle Yin postures while settling into the simplicity of your breath. Throughout this soothing practice, Janet will cultivate a space of healing by providing hands-on Reiki treatments.

We encourage a cup of tea and an Epsom salt bath to close your night.

We still have a few spots left for Partner Yoga this Friday, February 14th, 6-7pm!

Bring your partner, friend, or family to an all-level playful partner yoga class.

This class will focus on a gentle and introductory approach to partner practice. During this class, you will be guided through several yoga poses, where you and your partner will rely on each other’s support and trust to maintain correct body alignment, balance, and concentration. This class is for everyone open to feeling connected and trying something fun and different. There is no need for you and your partner to have the same level of yoga experience.

Cost - $35 (for two people) Space is limited, and full payment is required to secure your spot.
