At we learn the art of yoga to easily practice it at home. Here are some tips to help you stablish your own yoga practice. See you on the mat!
Choose a Quiet, Open Area: Find a corner or room with plenty of space, where you won’t be disturbed. Natural light is a bonus, but a peaceful corner works too!
Gather Your Essentials: All you really need is a yoga mat, but consider adding blocks, straps, a bolster, or cushions for extra support. A blanket or soft rug can make the space more inviting.
Create a Calming Atmosphere: Add personal touches like candles, plants, or calming artwork. Set the mood with a gentle playlist or soothing scents from essential oils to make the space feel like your sanctuary.
Classes Thursdays 8:00 pm and Saturdays at 10:00 am. One-on-one class by appointment :)

We have been practising more advanced "Pranayama" _breathing techniques during our yoga classes.
"Brhamari " -Bee breath- is coming up next in our practice !!. This is an advanced practice and pretty much mimics the buzzzing sound of bees.
The humming sound naturally activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps to relax the body and reduce stress. This creates a calming effect on both the mind and the body.
The vibration produced by the humming can help to release tension in the throat, jaw, and head areas.
It can help improve concentration and mental clarity while promoting a peaceful state of mind.

is crucial to provide a stable base for shoulder movement...During yoga classes, we address scapula instability by diconstructing more complex asanas such as and by incorporating a variety of movements such as protraction, retraction, elevation, depression, upward/downward rotation with the support of wall, belts among other tools.
These isolated movements strenghten the muscles around the scapula, improve posture, and promote proper alignment of the shoulder girdle, contributing to greater stability and mobility in the shoulders.

Have you noticed that your feet have gotten stronger and your ankles more steady since you have been practicing yoga? Or Have you noticed why I include treating your feet during treatment? The best shoes are no shoes!! Be bearfoot or wear minimalistic foot wear ..just start low and slow ...Being bear feet will strengthen your feet!! and after care for them with a self massage:) they are the foundation of your structural body!!
