Doubt inevitably turns to regret as trauma turns to self destruct.
People leave us with much, as one fills u with joy the other with pain .
In a million ways we touch one another, damages done invisible to the eyes . What's been left within you is now yours to do with .
To hold true compassion is to accept the darkness given to you . The true humility of "IS" .
Do not seek to return the pain to its giver .
Forge this darkness into strengths, resilience, endurance, peace .
Anger, resent , sorrow, seeking justice takes the forefront continuously drinking it's poison.
Wether your pains are deserved or not must become irrelevant.
It must stop as it enters you , forged into light , for what you hold within will either poison you or heal you 💚

Thoughts not small. Pick one and ponder awhile ....
To heal to grow you must place them unto you not point them at others in excuse.
Your vibe tells all. Heal yourself for your projection to align with your outside fonts . We've all taken turns being monsters to one another, forgiving ourselves conveniently rapidly to hide from our shames . To not sit with it awhile leaves the wrong emotions in reign .
Too easily we dissect one another , think we know for our accumulated information says so because we can relate ... That is not empathy . Can you truely see another when your own self is hidden in justifications and excuse . There is no gain without pain, no darkness without light , no peace without war . To love is to accept them all . Choose where to put your energy at use for their monsters will provoke you , make sure your holding your reigns . To heal is to truely see the parts of you that you tirelessly relentlessly work to hide by using your outsides . Your vibe does not lie . Go into the space of "IS" it's where love begins 💚

Want to share this little piece with you all , during a reading today , spirit comes forward and is speaking to me in another language. So I say, " your mother has come forward but I'm not understanding what she is saying to me as it's in another language , did she not speak English ? ". She's very strong willed, you tell her what she can't do u can bet she's gonna do it. , she brings her love to you by leaving u coins , dimes to be exact , she says she never has left you ."
My client says no she only spoke Spanish . This is how spirit validates whom they are , the little things , and as my client was walking through my pathway back to her car she finds a dime in her path 💚

Your granddad stands by you. He talks about the car accident and yr lingering injury. He shows off his suit pants for he was a taylor.
He knows of your mom's health state and shows he holds her hand , for he wants her to know he is with her at this time of great worries .
A wedding band, the number 14 was his birthday. Spirit shouts out the word "cookie" for yr grandparents use to call yr mom by this name .
Know that your loved ones love you and are even closer in times of need 💚🌟

Birds come into space , for your Gramma says she sits with you when you sit and watch them .
Spirit of yr dad speaks of a significant item linked to him that you keep in the top drawer of yr nightstand , for you haveing this photo album of his life , he knows ... He speaks about the uniform you wear , and childhood baseball, he wants you to know he knows you and has been walking through yr life with you .
