Dr. Natalie specializes in hands-on treatment such as joint stretches, manipulation, acupuncture, and athletic movement therapy, ensuring personalized care tailored to your needs. Dr. Natalie also has training in advanced concussion care and vestibular rehabilitation.

Natalie is also devoted to supporting mothers throughout their pregnancy, helping to reduce muscle and joint tension and ease the delivery process. She understands the physical challenges of pregancy and childbirth and is dedicated to aiding mothers in rehabilitating and regaining their strength postpartum.

At Osteoathletic, we offer a variety of services such as osteopathy, chiropractic, physiotherapy, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, massage, acupuncture, naturopathy as well as pilates & yoga. Healthcare can’t be one-dimension, so at Osteoathletic, we aren’t either. That’s why we take a multi-disciplinary team approach to treatment.
