Struggling with low back pain? You’re not alone! Here are the Top 3 common causes – and what you can do to fix them:

1️⃣ Poor Posture – Sitting for long hours with bad posture strains your lower back.
Fix it: Sit upright, keep feet flat, and adjust your screen to eye level.
2️⃣ Weak Core Muscles – A weak core = less support for your spine, leading to pain.
Fix it: Strengthen your core with planks, bird-dogs, and bridges.
3️⃣ Improper Lifting Technique – Lifting heavy objects incorrectly can cause injury.
Fix it: Bend your knees, not your back! Keep the weight close to your body.
