Balance means everything in equal parts. ⚖️

That is impossible to have in life. We will have to naturally spend more time on certain things than others. 🤷🏻

So why not aim for harmony. 🎶 This will change from day to day, from week to week.
.
One day your focus may have to be your job and little less with the family. 🖥️
.
The next day could be a little bit more with your family. A little less with your job. 💑
.
One week you may not be able to work out as much as you did the week prior, but you're able to keep your nutrition on track. Or vice versa.
.
What we need to do is understand that we won't always be in complete balance.
.
But as long as we have Harmony and are aware of all the things in our life that need attention, we can create something that works. 🎯
.
I think the biggest obstacle is assuming that if you can't give something 100% then you shouldn't be doing it at all and I disagree.
.
If you approach it the right way, You can have everything in your life that makes you happy!
.
Consistency isn't perfection. It's a mindset that throws the "all or nothing" mentality away and embraces the "all or something" mentality when needed. 🙌🏻

But we still have a lot of work to do.

Things that are important to remember as we start gaining momentum when it comes to Menopause Support:
.
✔️ What you do another woman does not have to do and we need to be more supportive with one another that way.
✔️ Not all of us are going to have the same experience in Menopause. We still have some work to do in this sense where we cannot negate what other women are feeling just because we don't.
✔️ We have a right to choose medication or not choose medication when it comes to supporting ourselves through this time of life.
✔️ There's still some negative stigma towards it. More so with the younger generation and men. So the next step is making sure that these people understand what women are going through and how to support them.

Supporting women's Health means supporting women no matter what choice they make when it comes to navigating Menopause. 🎯
.
We need to stop with narratives that are frightening women into believing that if they don't take HRT they're going to croak and also stop scaring women into believing if they do take HRT they're going to croak.
.
How about we support women by giving them as many options as possible and allowing them to have some autonomy. 🫶🏻
BREATHE. MOVE. EAT. CREATE

Not just our day to day but trying to eat healthy, workout, food prep, be positive, manage stress, make a healthy dinner, get in 10,000 steps, skin routines and all the other healthy habit suggestions. 🥴

Just typing that out exhausted me.

I find the key to consistent healthy habits is....
.
✔️ Not being so rigid with my plan. Things will get in the way. Adjust the plan not the goal.
✔️ Trying to be perfect stops you in your tracks. If you can't get to the gym, do something. This helps create a habit around exercise.
✔️ Everyone needs different things. Some find journaling cathartic, but for some it creates more stress. Some find a solid morning routine helps, some find they do better with a solid evening routine.

The key is to never get caught up on social influencers perfect routines. It will debilitate you.
