Switching to a high protein diet has changed my skin, energy and overall well being. I used to suffer with a lot of hormonal problems and loosing weight was a struggle. Now that I eat at least 35g - 40g of protein, I have lost all cravings and feel full for longer meaning that I don’t ruin my progress on wasteful calories

Fire up the grill for these delicious and low-calorie Grilled Chicken and Veggie Skewers! Perfect for a healthy summer meal. 🌞🍢

Grilled Chicken and Veggie Skewers Recipe:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
1 red onion, cut into chunks
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Thread chicken and veggies onto skewers, alternating between chicken and each type of vegetable.
4. Brush the skewers with the olive oil mixture.
5. Grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and veggies are tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!

These skewers are perfect for meal prep too. Grill extra for easy lunches and dinners throughout the week!
