Saskatchewan Prevention Institute is hosting a webinar called "Keeping Children Safe Online". In this day and age where access to online is imminent, it is so important for us adults to k ow the best practices for keeping our kiddos safe online!

🗓 The webinar takes place on Fri March 21, 2025. If you are unable to attend, but still want to learn, make sure to still sign up as the recording will be available for 7 days!

👏👏 A huge thank you to Saskatchewan Prevention Institute for hosting valuable webinars such as this, to ensure our kids remain safe and enable us parents/guardians to understand what to watch for.

🌸 Following my first experience postpartum, I was determined to be proactive the second time around.

I put the tools into place that I knew would support me, both as a form of long term self care & a way to self soothe in the short term knowing I was susceptible to heightened anxiousness & blues.

I invested in quality postnatal vitamins, got outside more, ate nutrients food, and practiced moments of gratitude & mindfulness.

Having the resources in place made a big difference & prompted Cassie and I to develop our own journal, focused on education, affirmations, a day planner (because mom brain & also looking forward to things can be equally therapeutic) and the simple practice of gratitude.

We only have a couple copies left until our next printer run & so glad those using it have shared how beneficial it has been for them.
