Position: Pharmacist – WillowGrove Pharmacy Prince Albert
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-time, Permanent

Hours of Operation: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. On-call Saturdays (approximately 1 in 4)

We provide clinical and medication distribution for patients and community partners in Prince Albert and remote Indigenous communities. Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
Must be a Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals
Injection and First Aid Certification
Recent experience practicing as a Licensed Pharmacist in province of Saskatchewan is an asset
Experience with Automation is an asset
Ability to lead and work within a team
Good communication skills and excellent customer service
Cultural competencies
Experience with Indigenous populations is an asset
Ability to work efficiently and maintain professionalism under pressure
Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
A high level of professionalism, energy and enthusiasm
Computer proficiency (Kroll Software)
Position Details:
Ensure medication safety and accuracy
Managing medication profiles and clinical care by implementing care plans and completing proper documentation
Counselling on prescription and OTC medications
Collaborating with partnered health facilities and providers
Adhere to all regulatory requirements, Company policies, processes, and procedures
Maintain pharmacy knowledge and standards set by the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals
Medication Reviews and Injections
Coordination and communication of care for patients in remote and rural communities
Travel to, and operation of, satellite pharmacy or clinical services in Indigenous communities (Option for those with interest)
