We’re switching it up this Tuesday! Megan is teaching Vinyasa for Tanya at 5:30pm.
There are a few spots left in Yoga Sculpt at 4pm.
Jasmene’s class is full, but as alway’s jump on that waitlist, because you just never know!

Jessica is subbing for Megan’s Friday 9:15am class. She’s bringing us her wonderful Hatha Flow.
Hatha Flow is a medium paced class with deliberate movements and postures held for a longer period. The goal is to create harmony between the body, breath, and mind, fostering physical health and mental clarity.
She will also be teaching the same class January 30th at 5:30pm.
Save your space. Your body, mind and soul will thank you.
