Good morning all. Just a check in to see how everyone is doing in these uncertain times. Looks like we will be under restrictions for awhile longer. Being technologically challenged I have been avoiding trying to figure out how to do online classes. If anyone needs a copy of the “Developing a Home Practice” worksheet we did a few months ago or the more recent “Neck, Shoulders and Hips” worksheet please let me know. During this crazy time taking care of yourself will look different for everyone. Hopefully you are able to take some time on your mat, whether it’s a full on practice, maybe a few restorative poses or simply a few minutes in quiet meditation. Please let me know if you have any questions, or if there is anything I can do for you.
